chemical method: the yttrium oxide is dissolved in hydrochloric acid and diluted to 100~150g/L (according to Y2 03), the solution is heated to 70~80 ℃, then 48% hydrofluoric acid was precipitated. The precipitate was washed, filtered, dried, pulverized, and vacuum dehydrated to produce yttrium fluoride.
